Disciple Makers
Who we are
Disciple Makers is an initiative of SeeSalt Ltd, an ACNC registered Australian charity.
Our mission is to reach open and exploring Australians online through online outreach campaigns and connect them in-person with local Christians under the leadership of local churches.
These connections move people from online spaces into in-person relationships where they can find connection and community, someone to help them explore Jesus and His word without agenda or expectation, or someone to journey with them as they make a decisions to follow Jesus and get baptised.

Our core values
Relational Focus
We believe that faith is not a solo journey. We are committed to connecting people with local Christians who will walk alongside them, providing a real-life, relational context for exploring faith and growing as a follower of Jesus.
Biblical Foundation
We believe the Bible is the foundation for all truth. Our framework is built around a personal and communal discovery of scripture, allowing individuals to find answers and grow in their faith directly from God's Word.
Collaborative Mission
We are committed to working with mainstream Christian churches and organisations that share our core mission. Our collaborations are based on a shared belief in the authority of the Bible and the work of the Holy Spirit, ensuring we can confidently connect people to supportive, healthy communities.
